Purpose of the foundation
Stiftung VRM Gebäudetechnik is a nationwide, parity-based institution of employers and employees in the building technology industry. Its purpose is to implement the early retirement model for building technology (VRM-GT) under the collective employment agreement on the early retirement model (GAV-VRM) — in particular the collection of contributions, the payment of bridging pensions and the funding of the additional BVG savings contribution for eligible employees. Operational implementation is carried out by VRM Services AG, Wallisellen.
