Roadmap: Operational launch from 2027
Progress is on schedule: 2026 foundation build-up, 2027 start of operations with first contributions, 2028 first payments of bridging pensions.
The build-up of the Foundation is progressing on schedule. The current year, 2026, is dedicated to organisational set-up: bodies, regulations and the technical systems for contribution collection and the application process are being established.
2027 sees the start of operations. From this point on, the first contributions from companies and employees will be collected. 2028 will see the first payments of bridging pensions to people who meet the eligibility requirements.
